This is a huge concern in South Africa as there are many kids that attend school but do not feel safe this also discourages the students to attend as if they do not feel safe going to school they will not want to go because they do not want to put themselves in a dangerous situation where things could happen to them.

Many children in SA walk to school and on the way get rapped, killed, abducted or mugged and this is unsettling for any child in low financial neighbors hoods this is even more unsettling cause they all ready are struggling and something like this can throw them back and push them away from attending school but rather turning to the negatives as stealing, robbing and more.

This video shows how online staff training can start and move towards safe schools , safe schools training helps teachers in addressing certain matters within schools in helping to make the school safer for both teachers, learners, visitors and parents.

They are creating simple systems to ensure it is easier for teachers, and that they also benefit from doing this course. This helps in creating a balanced and happy school and community.
